1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name) and content you submit while using the Service. We also collect basic usage data such as feature interactions and error reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service, process your requests, send service-related communications, and improve our platform. We do not use your content to train or fine-tune models without your explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, AI model providers) under strict data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Your Rights

6. Google User Data

When you connect a Google service (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, Analytics, Ads, Search Console or Business Profile), Zynda accesses only the data needed for the features you use, and only when you ask the assistant to act on it: for example reading, summarizing or drafting email, managing calendar events, or finding and working with your files.

Zynda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request in Zynda.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use or transfer it for advertising, including personalized, retargeted or interest-based ads.
• We transfer Google user data to third parties only as needed to provide the features you request (for example, to the AI model providers that process your request), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
• Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you give us permission for a specific item, it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.

Access tokens for your Google account are encrypted at rest. Content the assistant reads from Google services may appear in your conversation history and is kept and deleted together with it. You can disconnect a Google service in Zynda at any time, and revoke Zynda's access from your Google Account permissions. To have stored Google data deleted, contact support@zynda.ai.
